A few clunkers here and there (see: Change Clothes), but they worked well together. Aside from Clipse, Neptunes did its best hip-hop work with Jay.
I'd also say Timbaland did his best hip-hop work with Jay, but damn, their collabos fall off a fucking cliff after "Dirt Off My Shoulder."
