That to me is like asking someone why do you get excited to see the sunrise or why do you get excited to go to the beach. There will be good days and bad days but it's a part of my life so I tend to focus on what I like rather than bitching about someone rapping on a song that I don't like. I just don't listen to that particular song if it doesn't move me. No artist in the history of recording has made music that everyone in their fan base 100% loves. Jazz fans complain that Jazz died like 40 or 50 years ago. Rock fans whine that real rock is dead and so on and so forth. Hearing new voices and new perspectives always excites me no matter what genre of music it is so I guess I just can't relate to the idea that there is no reason to listen to new voices.
