seriously if you arent paying attention to what Dj Rashad and the whole Teklife crew are doing (lets also include Machinedrum) then you are seriously seriously missing out on some great stuff.
Turn the bass up, play this shit in your car. The whole multi decade hip hop, 90's RnB, 70's soul mashup thing is really working super well right now.
edit: and before someone says some goofy shit about white hipsters and trap music, just take a listen before you make a tear in that direction (this shit is coming out of chicago and has gone abroad)

and I'm finding some cross pollination happening between the genres
drum n bass is also kinda in the mix with this stuff.
revisiting it because its been dismissed like shit in the lesson and I'm going to bet donuts that more folks are going to be talking about it soon.
