that's it, that's all, 'ya estuvo'(c)Kid Frost

as for 'musically inclined', that generally has meant innately/naturally gifted with the ability to play music.

We know that Mozart was that based on reading up on his history as a child prodigy.

It's safe to assume Swizz Beatz' late 90's keyboard claptrap that he was churning out back then was something that wasn't taught to him at Berklee or Julliard or even PS#22 Music class before it got cancelled for budgetary concerns, so on some level Swizz Beatz could be considered 'musically inclined' as well.

However Mozart's compositions were far more musically complex/intricate than Swizz Beatz.

None of that would make someone factually incorrect for saying that the music on Big Boi's new album or Mozart's 'Piano Concerto #21 Adante' was 'horrendous'.

You can call it a simplistic or perhaps poorly-articulated criticism but it's still a subjective opinion that can't actually be disproven.

And if you're gonna criticize him for doing so, it'd be well advised not to word your objection in a way that can in fact be invalidated itself.
