I don't think either guy has a production credit that predates their 1st rapping appearance. I would omit DJ Quik (as Complex has) for the same reason.
I'd probably put any of those guys over Minnesota though. I always loved his beats but I had no idea that he'd ever laid a verse on ANYTHING.
