"House Party", "Burn", "Amen" and "I'm A Boss" get HEAVY airplay on the radio, not to mention the MMG posse cuts he's on. Meek is a star, and he has one thing Ross doesn't: the realness factor.
He's definitely going to outsell Kendrick Lamar, who I like more personally, but doesn't have the appeal Meek does. Can he outsell Ross? I think so. Wale did 170K first week without as much radio play. Ross did 225K. That's only, like, 15K more than J. Cole's first week numbers. Dreamchasers 2 is supposedly one of the most-downloaded mixtapes of all-time according to DatPiff's analytics.
It's not a stretch. I think Meek could do, worst-case, 190-200K first week. Best case? 250-275K.
