I agree...Also, I just think it goes with being a veteran act...U come to a point where people care more about seeing you live onstage than the new song, no matter how brilliant it is....

He's VERY cool on AOA...That's my underlining point, Basa...And not that old-man-in-the-club cool...The reason why this album works is because this is not a half-hearted attempt at recapturing his '80s sound as he he's tried to do...Imagine someone giving Prince some new sounds on keyboard and saying, "Okay, do your Prince things using the new shit..." That's what u get with AOA...Now some fans may not like Prince playing around with "new" sounds or new energy...I get that...But I like this refreshed, recharged Prince who finally took his time with an album....

I hear u...And I agree...To a point...Frankly, I like my Prince looking like he just stepped out of another dimension...Remember...we've seen him strip it down in the way that u mentioned (what do you think the "Black Sweat" video was...short hair...suit...just him basically with some sexy chocolate broad....)

I don't know what videos will come out of this...But I do know this...AOA has no trace of Larry....lol...From feel to lyrics to essence to instincts...It's much too forward thinking for that LARRY effect...
