I don't buy it though...Prince at times has been a serious minded writer and a silly, whimsical writer....
He's sang about parties in a conceptual manner ("1999") and a shake yo ass way ("Housequake")....
At this point all I care about with Prince is: is the song good or not? Is he trying to do some contrived bullshit?
