I think that "Joy In Repetition" was extremely forward thinking. and as SoWhat posted in another thread it was already "old", which is crazy. the best songs on that album were all the "old" songs.

except that version of "Tick Tick Bang", which is contemporary (for '90) but is bullshit compared to the one he shelved (IMO)
