Clint Eastwood
Eddie Rabbitt's "Every Which Way But Loose"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3HkfnEXr8Q
REASON: I realize he is known for more gritty films, but this one has always been a basic cable favorite for me. The soundtrack had loads of other songs too, but this one brings me back to simpler times.

Jack White
Lynn Ahrens' "A Noun is a Person, Place, or Thing!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0m89e9oZko
REASON: Since White is all about records and different variations, I think of the album he did with Neil Young and the vinyl booth, with it being a record machine, thus:
"I put a dime in the drugstore record machine
Oldie-goldies started playing - you know what I mean.
I heard Chubby Checker, he was doing the twist,
And the Beatles and the Monkees, yt goes like this.
I put a dime in the drugstore record machine"
