What the entire fuck??? 70% of the buildings were destroyed, that shit left the people with all sorts of cancer and disease decades later.
As for Philly, wtf would the police have a damn bomb? In what instance EVER have the police needed or used bombs? The US govt didn’t try stopping that bombing nor did they pursue the Philly pd for bombing a neighborhood therefore they were quite alright and advocated it.
