THEREFORE: You can not call this person is not Kayne West's publicist

He's arguing these things:
1)That there's no allegation or proof Kanye told the person to do it.
2)This person is their own person and can do bad things AND work for Kanye and Kanye has no control over it.
3)Only publicists who have no other clients other than Kanye can be called be Kayne West's publicist."

Now if someone had said:
"Kanye West's publicist, who exclusively only works for Kanye and only who is an automaton and is animated only when acting at the specific direction of Kayne participated in a scheme to intimidate election workers"
... well... then he'd be right.
