and lifting on those same days. I was alternating run/lift days so I could workout almost daily, but I think that was killing my runs.
I don't even run that far. my short run is just over 2 miles. my long one is just over 4. these damn GA hills make it a challenge though.
they've cancelled the Peachtree road race because of La'Rona. I think I might run my own peachtree on Saturday tho. I imagine other folks will be doing the same.
increased my workout bench to 185. was reluctant because there's not spotters at home lol. its been easier than I thought. might get to 200 if I keep on it.
lost 10lbs in April/May. gained 7 back. sugar is the debil.
