so usually can start between 8 to 9 and finish 4 to 5 accordingly... i chose 9 today.. but forgot there was a team meeting earlier. doh. TL pushed the meeting back bout to head to it in 5. wonder what the agenda is... in other new forgot my headphones... charging earbuds now.. so meeting is kinda handy in that regard them chits should be charged when we're done.

i could charge my headphones when i get home but i leave it until i go to sleep. i always forget to leave the mouse charging at work when i go to lunch.

boss is back, supposedly he has some work coming my way.

there's a lot of stuff we charge these days.. I remember when the electric razor was bout it.. maybe the cordless drill... seriously though... I have at least 3 or four things to plug in every night now.

many times i get in bed and im like f___ need to go get my headphones. every other night its the smart watch.


controllers for the switch and shield tv will go a few weeks between charges so thats good.

Started off with my wife at a medical appointment that she had.

Grabbed some Capn' Crunch coated French toast and a cup of coffee before dropping her off at home and heading to the office. Came into the office today to show my face since I was on jury duty this past Friday. I'm leaving in a few though for my own appointment. Time for that good dentist office cleaning again.

Father's Day was a blast. Unknowingly, my wife took her independent arse out to for a couple hours without telling me where she was going. Called when she was close to home and was said, "I need you to help direct me onto the parking pad."

So, I rush outside to do that. She'd gone to our storage unit and cleaned it out by herself. Now, she's home and ready for me to unload the truck and bring it all into the basement. I said, "WTH?" Her response, "Well, I didn't want us to pay for the storage anymore." Again, Father's Day was a blast. LOL

Also, had to spend $450 on Saturday just to have a plumber replace a cartridge in the shower apparatus. Water was just flowing everywhere even when the handle was in the OFF position.

Yeah! One of my guys is nifty with his hands as far as car repairs are concerned. I’m debating having him do it for me. So, I’m watching videos to see how easy it can be and also looking for information about people who’ve screwed up in similar instances.

Pissed that I paid that $450 to the plumber because I could have done it myself. Unfortunately, I was afraid to misdiagnose and go into the wall. Saved myself a headache and a pissed off wife.

Shit is a necessary evil but kind of boring.

I miss my kids.

I got a weird vibe at a hipster record store a few times, and haven't been back to that spot since. Well, that and they got rid of the $1 and $2 bins.

picked up a bunch of junk food and was gonna get some gas... the woman behind the counter asked me if I wanted gas and said yeah but I'd like a total on the snacks first... she then say they don't do that and that I have to order my gas before she starts ringing up my order... I call bullshit she tries to tell me it's the system not her fault and that it's corporate policy etc.. I scoff tell her that is not true that her customer service was fucking terrible and to forget the gas... I then went two blocks further and hit the next chevron bought another snack just to prove the point and voila.. no issues... "what's the total on the snack? great can I get the change is gass please?" "sure no problem that xyz amount of gas"... thanks for letting me vent... I can't imagine if I was profiled for my race that would make me homicidal.. I've been profiled for looking sketchy but that's not the same thing by any stretch..

The store is jam packed...muh fukkas got their dogs in the store and shit..it was crazy. I'm in the r&b section looking for the "Prince 4ever" box that I never got. The only section that was empty was the section that I was in, and the racks were fucking immaculate. I just get finished flipping through the P section and I see a dude on my left shoulder. I look over and he's feverishly straightening out the immaculate hip hop section and trying not to look up. I says:

"You need something?"

Oh..oh uh...you need help finding anything?

"What were you doing just now?"

"Theyre already straight dude...come on.."

Of course dude never came back. Instead of blasting them on social, I called the store. The manager called me back and we had a long convo about it. This store ALWAYS does that shit. Even The Kid knows how they are. I'm done shopping there, but I did want to givr the manager a heads up to fix the problem.

And yeah...Fathers Day was awful.

also have a rush job that our customer is coming in for today. we received printing plates and they werent mirrored. i checked and i did request them to be mirrored. we are going to try to make it work but already got the correct set on the way for tomorrow.

no real lunch break due to the ceremony so not feeling that but it is what it is. not a bad ceremony and free food.

unless it's just a design with no text... I'm probably missing details about the actual printing process or what the "plate" actually is. but having done T-shirt pressing before my mind came to the question I ask you.

so we will surface print on the intended laminated substrate and laminate the other onto it. in theory. i dont know what can go wrong besides the substrate not taking on the ink well. we will know that right quick.

but either way the ink is sandwich between both films just printing on one film instead of the other. in theory.

save you having to revisit it tomorrow if it works.

it prints pretty okay. not as dark as were used to BUT the customer signed off. now we just have to hope the lamination doesnt ruin it but that doesnt seem likely.

im glad this customer is so relaxed about sign offs.

We have a live band, free pizza and free beer (good beer) at a neighborhood party so it’s on.
