me have more eloquently criticized the newspaper (there was a lawsuit I think) including the atlantic article (just read it dawg), don't ask me to summarize.

I am sure the author of the article will put it in her college application the struggle she went with trying to publish the article. I think the school didn't really have a lot of choice about publishing based on first amendment stuff (i think they tried to not publish it). At any rate, I am exhausted by the topic and ready to move on. My big take away from this post is that none of the people defending the publishing of the article can articulate why this is a net positive for this girl or whether they would want all this for their own daughter.

It may be brave of her to do the story, but a lot of brave stuff is dumb to do and doesn't help people in the long run.
