super old school. i think the oldest streetcars in the country. i think they run every 15 minutes or so. and all night. they're 1.25 a ride or for $3 you can just get a day pass.

Canal is a good spot to stay since you're pretty much close to everything. Bourbon/French Quarter is all right there, armstrong park isn't far. Harras is close if you want to gamble,

We walked from Canal to Frenchman street. its a bit of a walk but I love walking in new cities. I'll walk for hours just to see what I'll run into.
