This is the second time that I've dreamt about suddenly uncovering some apocalyptic damage in my house. This time it was like some big rotten hole under the kitchen cabinets and mice were scurrying out of it. My dog ate one.

In real life the trim has a little bit of discoloration in that spot from water and is slightly loose.

Just saying, this didn't happen when I rented.
