So everything is ironic/totally sincere. I heard there's a shout out to pwedipie. I'm sure this guy was a fan of pewdipie, but the whole point of including that is to get mainstream media to take it seriously, which it's not (even though it is.)
It's essentially the "OK/white power" hand signal in manifesto form.
Something about hyping up your favorite in-group memes before you do a massacre is just extra revolting, because people shouldn't be this disconnected from humanity. It's all a disease.

4. Is the news attributable? (i.e. has someone has put their name and reputation behind the information being provided?)
5. Is the news fact or speculation? (This one is huge, especially at first. Alot of news agencies report speculation while waiting for facts to start surfacing)
Ya'll got any other rule to separate fact from fiction when something like this happens?
