Jazz puts me in the proper relaxed mindset to focus and execute without being distracted by lyrics.

Sports talk radio is mostly white noise. I can sort of go in and out of focus as needed. If I try a podcast or NPR I'm too likely to hone in on what the story is and therefore can't focus on the work I need to do.
