Wow... that’s actually what I’ve been dealing with for the last few years. I have Fibromyalgia and I’ve been taking prescription anti-depressants and although my memory has been trash already, I think the meds are making my memory/brain fog worse too. I’m really sorry to hear that.

Yess, my mind and body are so so so sensitive to stress. The smallest thing will cause a flare up and they usually don’t simmer down for maybe a month. Plus, I want to get into healing work as a career, so I need to get some kinda somn down for myself.

That sounds very practical! I have never had anyone talk about the labor of socializing like this. It’s usually “just do it, get over it” and “you’re tired? Oh well.” There’s a lot of folks I know who don’t understand that I *literally* can’t hang like they do. It’s time to say no, cotdambit!
