is when folks do this kind of thing at the gas station... especially if the cashier is already slow AF about doing things. standing in line 15 minutes just to pre-pay your gas or pick up a bottle of pop. meanwhile folks ordering up 7 different kinds of cigarettes asking for separate bills and paying by debit with sketchy ass demagnetized cards n stuff...

What kind of food was it? Because I'm trying to think of something that could take that long with substitutions (no black beans, mild salsa, no sour cream on one of the burritos) but even that's 2-3 minutes tops.

...at Dunkin Donuts. After spending a few minutes inquiring about the flavor, size, cost, etc. they finally paid. Got their change, and THEN decide to order something else. A bagel or something. Get their change and THEN decide to order SOMETHING ELSE.
At that point, I left.
Black women and ATMs too. If I see that combo I just walk to the next one. Never understood why they have to put their card in the machine 2-3 times.
