2) the tweets are worse. and since the Internet tends to be "forever" unless you anticipate these changes, why even TWEET shit like this in the first place when it's been shown you can be Summerjammed in seconds if someone don't like you. since they're out there, you gotta address that head on and with the "correct" language, not this bull-headed shit, even though the reasons (I'll detail below) might be some bullshit.

3) some of the social media outrage about his pre-Hollywood comedy is being generated in bad faith; Kevin Hart hosting an awards show like this is kind of inconsequential to the point that I wouldn't expect him to be up on that stage making gay "jokes". it's like how Eddie Murphy DAMN sure isn't going to be out there in 2018 making the jokes he did in Delirious. because this is coming from a largely white gay or white and "liberal" (quotes for reason) audience, I find this unearthing kind of suspect. had it come from Black gays and allies I think I'd feel less conflicted about this; it reminds me of how Cernovich, Hannity et al go at dudes when they start slandering their boy 45.
