I could pretty-much smoke anywhere downtown here as long as I'm off to the side not bothering anyone. When I had carts for my vape I'd go stand right outside the building, lol. Cops ain't responding to calls about non-criminal activity (weed is decriminalized here). No way I'd live anywhere where I got to deal with that prohibition-era shit.
