Went to the gym, got a nice lil workout today.
45 minutes later I'm immediately about to fuck it all up with easily a 3k meal lol. I'm off from work today, and there are multiple issues that got me stressed the fuck out, so of course I gotta go back to my old standby of eating as a stress reliever :-(
