I think there has to be a mix of stuff, including thinking Im bout to whip that ass.
The biggest thing I try to do is try to figure out why are you doing what you are doing.
It's funny because now at 7 the thing that drives my boys the craziest is when I sit them down and force them to talk about their behavior.
