said something like 30% of their budget goes to fight 1% of their fires and the rest is for the other 99% of the fires and preventive work
i feel like unless they are mismanaging the actual money that giving them less money is gonna make the situation better
(that is of course you arent a petty partsian idiot thats looking to "win" against the derr derr libruls)
