I want to say he said something like that in an
interview towards the end of his presidency.

That’s what I was referencing.

I agree with you on the backlash not just in
‘10 but all the way up until now.

But

I do think ’10 didnt have to be as bad as it was- and
I think that was Obama’s point.

Never stop selling, don’t ease up on the message,
don’t take any election for granted.

I really liked that he could admit that mistake- I hope
I didn’t dream it.

One of the things that pissed me off most after 16
is that Hilary folks seemingly couldn’t even entertain
their potential mistakes.
