Tip - if you have experienced a delayed train, like I have recently, call customer service, they'll give you a partial voucher.
I've had several trips delayed between 1-3 hours, over the past couple weeks.
Moments ago I called about something else and mentioned it, they gave me vouchers--depending on the severity of each delayed trip I mentioned.
