13273760, sleeping funny
Posted by PG, Thu Jul-12-18 11:14 AM
ah man my neck is buggered today....

why does sleeping have to ever be difficult or result in injury? that's some bs imo... it's supposed to be the pinnacle of ease the paragon of rejuvenation... no instead I wake up feeling like somebody just spent the last 6 hours stepping on my neck.

*stretch*

sitting here trying to look at monitors and ish is actually difficult to do.
13273761, oh man, i hate that shit. peace to you today and i hope it goes away

took an ibuprofen but I think I'm going to have to go get some muscle relaxants.

it almost feels like if the right thing shifted it'd clear right up but it ain't giving or budging and I'm gonna make it worse if I keep messing with it.
13273777, same for my back

just bought a new mattress. Although I'm starting to get a dent on the side I sleep one.

back in the day, you could flip the mattress over to get it feeling like new again. They stop making them that way...
13273846, both

13273855, Damn, lol

13273869, unfortunately...

a hot water tank, furnace and probably a new fridge are also on that list... luckily nothing is at that critical now it's broke point where we have to replace it immediately but they all need doing so priority wise the bed is pretty much last on the list.

vacation gets to skip to the front of the line though!!!
13273828, I sleep on the floor once or twice a week

Put a blanket & pillow down on top of the carpet, and sleep on that. Feels great for my back. Solid floor doesn't move underneath you like a squishy bed.
13273851, too many dogs for that but yeah prefer a firm mattress to a soft one.

I do the couch often just cause it's firmer than the bed... last night I think I just had my head at a bad angle without noticing or something... muscle relaxants haven't fixed it but they have dulled the sense of it.
13273903, still ficked.. this'll need a night's sleep to reset hopefully

* swings whole torso around to look over shoulder *

I feel like some kinda low rate action figure with no kungfu grip or articulating anything going on.
13273922, resorted to doubling the dose

muscles really ought to be relaxing bout now.
