if you are riding regularly its no big deal just remember they do/can slowly leak so youll want to keep an eye on your tire pressure
pros
run at much lower pressure, feels like your holding onto the ground
youll probably never get a flat tire again, ive smashed my wheels on all kinds of roots rocks and other gnarly things and never had a flat
cons
they work like car tires, so you need to set the "bead" when inflating them/putting them on the rim
they use "goo" or sealent which can get very messy and can build up in the tire over time which isnt necessarily a bad thing until you try to add more sealent
since you are running at a lower pressure it takes more effort to go faster so youll notice that right away typically
