13268815, Why was her friend arrested? Did she have warrants or something? Posted by J_Stew, Fri Jun-22-18 01:08 PM Seems a weird thing to arrest someone for, sticking your head out of a sunroof. Why did the cops need her to get out of the car? Of course, she should have complied, but not for moral reasons, just self-preservation.
