Girl struck me as how combative I was when I was in college ... too smart for her/my own good, talking slick like you're in control, etc. But still, the reaction by the cop to immediately get violent and threaten arrest was also doing too much. And for all we know the college girl was talking slick specifically *because* the cop was agitating an otherwise innocuous situation.
