From some research that I have seen, the climate is good year around. The architecture there is beautiful from the pictures that I have seen. You can live modestly for $1500-2000K per month.

In Zambia the climate is a little more closer to moderate with two seasons... wet and dry. Cost of living is less than $1500 per month. From what I gather the economy is pretty stable.
