I've heard a lot that the Dutch have a lot of racism in their culture (Zwarte Piet/blackface, deep in the slave trade, planted the seeds of apartheid, etc.)

Not sure about that choice.

Of course, they will refute it and point to the racism of America, but that's just denial and redirection.
