There's a community of expat black folk down there?

I don't have any countries to suggest. The Netherlands maybe?..Rotterdam was way browner than I expected...

I've thought about living outside the US for short periods of time (a couple months to a year or two), but it's hard for me to imagine leaving permanently even though we're a total shitshow. Not unless I had a partner I really loved to do it with me, and even then I feel like it'd be really difficult to be away from home
