But I'm pushing 300lbs, so regular running shoes weren't up to the pounding. Hokas and New balance Fresh Foams are the only shoes I can run in.
Years ago, someone at my gym actually recommended minimalist shoes, and like a fool I tried some...got a NASTY case of plantar fasciitis.
