But between my surgery, PT, MRIs, epidurals, medicines, various chiropractics, random risk of injury, the constant need to stay core healthy, fear of jumping/baseball/golf/some sexual positions ... just to name a few things
I would strongly warn anyone that the back is no joke.
When you say you’ll jog instead of run, what kind of running did you have in mind?
