but that 'none of this shit matters' attitude while overlooking *blatant* corruption is exactly how autocrats rise to power and stay there (not to sound too alarmist).
once people believe there is no consequence for those actions...or that everyone else is doing it as well so theres no point in caring...its a wrap.
