Iron Man now takes place in 2010.

Avengers 1 takes place in 2012.

Spiderman Homecoming happens in 2020. (would have been 2016 if they didn't change Iron Man.)

Infinity Wars takes place in 2018. (Which is after 2020 in this timeline.)

Real answer is: They don't care. Seriously, don't overthink it.
