13251591, Fake Outrage Story of the week.
Posted by Buddy_Gilapagos, Thu Apr-19-18 09:39 AM
This week I am going to go with the outrage that Lebron was "ambushed" with the news of the death of Pop's wife.

And yeah, like a lot of fake outrage story it might have just been a small minority on twitter who were outraged but it was enough outrage that Lebron felt the need to comment on it.

13251596, its only fake outrage if folks now know and continue to be upset

but I definitely can see why folks would be mad at the media for asking that question on live TV if Bron didn't know.

13251609, Why? Not like they were telling him it was his momma on live news.

13251611, cause maybe Bron and Pop are cool IRL?

you really shrugging at someone's wife dying cause it wasn't his momma?

WTF
13251627, I am shrugging about asking them about it.

13251737, he's the People's champ

and you don't 'blindside' the people's champ.

even though he wasn't blindsided.
13251601, Damn Kobe got his Oscar, now Bron coming for his

Not for nothing but I could see why people thought he didn't know, if that's really the case
13251751, lmao, I'm like so you acted as if you were surprised

I watched, he definitely knew what he was doing.
not mad at him tho, his persona is a huge part of his success.
13251604, Pretty corny of them to “frame it” like they were breaking the news to Bron

to LeBron. But that’s the times we live in. Fake, corny, contrived bullshit everywhere.
13251866, Agree.

13251608, i thought it was absolutely classless to ask him (and KD) that.

these reporters need to have some fucking respect and tact.
13251867, Agree.

13251616, Still a podium/post game question/comment regardless
Posted by ambient1, Thu Apr-19-18 10:13 AM
13251618, what's the media supposed to do? not talk about it?
Posted by legsdiamond, Thu Apr-19-18 10:20 AM
I wonder how Pop feels about these quesitons
13251619, ummm...post game/podium...not as he is walking off the court
Posted by ambient1, Thu Apr-19-18 10:22 AM
after dropping 46 in a very close ending
13251620, that's "Erin's" moment as a member of the media

just part of being an NBA star IMO.
