I wouldn't cook the dog, but (keeping it 100) if you're gonna leave your barking dog outside all day and night, then I'm gonna handle that shit by any means necessary. Fuck if I'm gonna be irritating over someone else's animal neglect (untrained dog outside barking at all hours).
Not gonna throw rocks, but I already got some more subtle plans to deal with this type of shit. Barking dog at fucking 1am on a weeknight on a dead-silent block? FOH.
