We called them "Philly Ink Jobs" (not sure if in any other cities dudes were doing this foolishness).

Used to clown that shit so hard back in the day, lol.
With that said, these young dudes are putting highlights in their hair, dying it rainbow colors and getting face piercings and tattoos. Only a step away from a little foundation, some mascara, eye shadow and lip liner.
