just didn't have enough change to break it, but that's about it.
I know a lot of people are in "I don't carry case" mode but there are still a lot of people that do carry cash and I've never seen somebody have a particular hard time breaking a $100.
The whole scene with the club owner getting to cops to throw him out for what was actually a real 100 was particularly bizarre but I guess that's kind of the theme for the show.
