I just don't understand with how Microsoft gets away with putting out products that just barely work.

They should have apple and amazon beat with the voice assistant software but Cortana is shit.

They should have a better photo manager than discontinued, dated Picasa but they don't.

Why are there still two sets of settings (metro versus windows classic) controlling one thing?

Windows has no interest in perfecting or refining features, they are just always on to the next.

And as much as we do things on our phones and in the cloud we still need a home base to back up all of our photos and documents, etc.
