Not to mention, models wear numerous articles of clothing during photo-shoots. It would be highly unlikely that he was the lone model to be photographed in that sweatshirt, or that he didn't also model all of the other clothing as well.
The decision for this child to be chosen with that shirt for the final campaign was approved by a long list of corporate representatives...all of who are paid far greater than this kid, or his parents were, to prevent controversy and own responsibility.
