And part of me was thinking that this would be the thing that toppled some of Baltimore's ass backwards ways - from the mayor to the BPD to the GBLA. They all know something and did their damndest to cover it up and will sacrifice anyone to keep themselves protected. And they took a vote to determine what the final cause of death of was.
