it was WRONG for the cop to punch her even if he was provoked.
it was WRONG for the cop to slam the teacher unprovoked.

its uncalled for for cops to do that all around. i don't see what's so hard to acknowledge about that here. if they had properly restrained her in the first place instead of carrying her out like she won the Rose Bowl it wouldn't have been a thing.
