fake news is 'news' that is indeed fake. disproven. verifiably false.
the dossier was merely unverified. thats different from being untrue.
when fox news published a story right before the election that there was a likely new indictment against hillary clinton coming soon...based on *one* anonymous source...no other network called it 'fake news'...even tho nobody else could verify it.
and that actually turned out to be completely fake.

any time mainstream media personalities co-opt the presidents messaging to further blur the distinction between 'fake news' and actual fake news...thats dangerous (and disingenuous) territory.
