i know the acting ag just made a comment like that but it sounded more like speculation than declaration.

roger stone *just* got indicted. mueller extended one of his grand juries *at least* into the fall. rick gates is still cooperating with no sentencing date in sight. michael flynn backed off his push for immediate sentencing and pledged to cooperate with more investigations. mueller indicated in the stone indictments that there are top campaign officials and maybe even the president (someone 'directed' at least 1 official to coordinate with stone) who are wrapped up in the 'collusion' investigation. and we have yet to see any indictments fly from george nader and his cooperation with investigating russian backchannels, seychelles meeting, middle east involvement, etc.

then you have the investigation into influence peddling with the trump inauguration with the help of cooperating witness sam patten...who pleaded guilty to using a straw donor to illegally push inauguration donations from pro-russian ukrainian oligarchs. if thats the *lower* charge that he accepted...imagine the greater criminal activity he avoided getting charged for and is giving up information on.

and this isnt even touching ongoing obstruction issues raised with the cohen/buzzfeed story (prolly even more people caught in the net that havent come to surface).

literally nothing says this investigation is winding down other than people saying its winding down.
