the grand jury witness fighting the subpoena could be a foreign-related target having something to do with this recent reporting:

plus...the way trump allies legal teams have joint defense agreements and share information...and the way they have been leaking (basically where we get 90% of mueller reporting that isnt official court filings)...kush, don jr, pence, etc would prolly be headlines by now.
